The Role The successful applicant should have a keen interest in Korean
market and culture. The role will involve acquiring new Korean members through
a variety of marketing campaigns; retaining and engaging with Korean members
through emails, social media and etc. This position offers an excellent
opportunity to learn quickly, and to be given responsibility for key
New Member Acquisition.
Developing marketing strategies
Campaign planning & Management
Developing relationships with Bloggers and Forums.
Social Media Campaigns including Instagram, Kakao and Forums
Paid Search Campaigns including Naver and Google
Analyse results and use these to improve future campaigns
Ensuring that the TopCashback website remains accurate/up to date
Ensuring that TopCashback is offering market leading promotions
Identify potential new campaigns and ideas
Work with marketing team to ensure relevant deals are sourced
Identify potential improvements to the website and systems
Optimising current marketing activity including emails
Proof read campaigns and offer suggestions for improvement
Native level of Korean and Fluent English, both writing and speaking.
Ability to accurately translate between English and Korean.
Good knowledge of online shopping and consumer behaviour, in
particularly cross-border shopping in Korea.
Ability to analyse data and present findings
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills

Well organised with the ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
