International Marketing Executive – Russian Speaking Permanent

Role:                    Full time Permanent 37.5 hours per week

Location:             Stafford, Staffordshire

Salary:                  £20,000 to £25,000

Remote working option for up to 2 days per week when we return to the office later in the year.

The Role

TopCashback are looking for a pro-active and creative International Marketing Executive ideally with around 2 years’ plus experience in marketing, to join the Russian team in our Stafford Head Office. The Russian team is responsible for onboarding new members from Russian speaking countries and delivering value to our members as well as our merchant partners. This role will involve lot of digital marketing and new member acquisition, retention, and engagement. With partner companies like Aliexpress, Ebay, Micheal Kors and PUMA, etc in our portfolio of merchants within the US that are popular amongst our Russian members, we continue grow.

The successful applicant should have a keen interest in the International market and culture, particularly within Russian speaking countries. The role will involve developing and maintaining new member acquisition and may involve occasional travel to events within the UK, for networking purposes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn quickly, and to be given responsibility for key tasks/functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing Digital marketing activities for Russian market
• Manage Yandex PPC
• Social media management – on VK, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and others
• Developing relationships with Forums and Bloggers
• Develop New Member Acquisition Campaigns
• Develop interesting Social Media Campaigns
• Develop and optimize Email Marketing strategies
• Content creation for articles, emails, social media posts and etc
• Proof read campaigns and offer suggestions for improvement
• Work with partnerships team to ensure relevant deals are sourced
• Adding campaigns and offers to the sites
• Analyse results and use these to improve future campaigns
• Ensuring that the Top Cashback website remains accurate/up to date
• Ensuring that TopCashback is offering market leading promotions
• Identify potential improvements to the website and systems

Essential Skills/Attributes

• Native level Russian reading and writing skills
• 2 years’ experience in PPC or Digital marketing
• Ability to analyse data and present findings
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and proactive nature
• Well organised with the ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
• Determination to achieve results and improve market knowledge
• Creative – generate new ideas/think outside the box
• IT skills to use Microsoft (Word, Excel and Presentation) to an intermediate level
