Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

Location: Hybrid – Stafford (3 days in office, 2 days at home)

Salary: £22,000 – £30,000

The role

We’re looking for a proactive, experienced candidate to join our friendly, high functioning team. Within this role you will need to be a great communicator and be able to work well under pressure.

It’s a diverse and exciting role where your perspective and input will be truly valued. You will be responsible for delivering a range of multi- channel campaigns that support our marketing strategy. You will have the opportunity to develop the role by taking ownership of multiple marketing initiatives that help improve the engagement and retention of our members.

 Key responsibilities:

• Help deliver, monitor and optimise multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, app and website to support KPIs and strategic aims
• Write and proofread clear, concise, marketing copy for use in campaigns and communications
• Use segmentation techniques to select the right audiences
• Perform A/B testing to continually learn and improve
• Review performance data to optimise campaigns and support choices
• Identifying key opportunities to maximise engagement that drives repeat visits and increases customer retention
• Work with internal stakeholders to set up and deliver marketing campaigns that benefit multiple functions
• Collaborate with teams across the wider business to ensure we’re engaging and retaining our members effectively

About you:

• A passion for and experience in marketing roles such as CRM or Social Media
• Great planning, organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
• Ability to adapt at pace to the changes and needs of the business and team
• Self-motivated with a proactive ‘can do’ attitude and a motivation to achieve results
• A passion for creativity and ability to provide opinions on strategic and creative thinking
• Strong attention to detail and copywriting skills
• Good analytical skills, with the ability to unpick results and suggest improvements to strategies
