Online Customer Service Advisor – Mandarin speaking.
Location: Stafford, Staffordshire.
Job Status/Type: Flexible contract minimum 16 hours per week
Monday/ Tuesday: 9AM – 4PM (1 hour unpaid lunch break)
Wednesday: 9AM – 1PM
Other days: depending on workload, you might be required to work extra days

Our China site has been growing rapidly, we are looking to get a temporary online customer service advisor with native level of Mandarin to support our peak trading season. You are expected to provide 1st class customer service by communicating with members online to handle their enquiries.
Required Skills and Attributes:
Due to current Covid restrictions, on-boarding the successful candidate will need to be done ‘virtually’.
