Job Status/Type: 3 month FTC ( 7.5 – 20 hours per week)
Monday: 9:00am – 5:30pm or 8:00am – 4:30pm
Other days: depending on workload, you might be required to work for extra days at our peak season during November and December.
Location: Stafford, Staffordshire.

Our China site has been growing rapidly, we are looking to get a temporary online customer service advisor with native level of Mandarin to support our peak trading season (Oct to Dec). You are expected to provide 1st class customer service by communicating with members online to handle their enquiries.
