Hours – Monday – Friday 9am -5:30pm. Up to 2 days per week remote working offered
Salary – £21,630, increasing to £22,660 when fully trained and performing at a high level.

This role is a blended role between a high-quality leader with the ability to motivate, coach and monitor a team of various job roles whilst also completing the role of a Customer Journey Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills and be able to think of creative ways to build a happy and highly efficient team. You will be responsible for team motivation and basic performance monitoring for the team, as well as being able to think analytically and problem solve at a high level to work with the secondary part of this role.
